Founded in 2018 by Mervyn Reid-Nelson, we have transformed over a thousand lives by creating a unique blend of therapy and artistry. We reject retouching and filters, giving clients unfiltered memories of self-expression and personal growth. Hi, I’m Mervyn Reid-Nelson, the founder and director of You at Yours, London’s leading body confidence photography experience. Over the years, I’ve been humbled to help people transform how they see themselves through photography. My journey started in wedding photography, capturing authentic, emotional moments. But a life-changing boudoir shoot in 2018 made me realize my true calling: helping people embrace their beauty by creating a safe, empowering environment free of judgments or filters. 🌟
In addition to my photography work, I’m proud to be a body confidence coach, teaching workshops centered around consent and empowerment. I’m honored to have been voted London’s Best Boudoir Photographer three times and to have impacted over a thousand lives. My mission is to counter harmful societal beauty standards and showcase the diversity and uniqueness of every individual.
Outside the studio, you can catch me DJing, kayaking, or exploring London with friends—it’s a city that inspires me to live boldly every day. 🎶🚤
